Mest up screen sometimes

Hey guys,
When im on web pages and click on stuff sometimes white squares just pop up. Has this happens to anyone else?
It does not happen in games or videos, just web pages.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are talking about? Definately would help us to determine whats going on.

Are you using Internet Explorer? Sounds like some advertisement hoohah I've seen before. If there's text on the website, is it a word that's marked, and if you click/hover around it, this square pops up with related ads?

If thats the case then you need to install an adblocker such as adblock plus.

Ok i will try and get you guys a screen shot. Also when I moved my mouse near the url box a red drop down appeared for a second then disappeared(I did not click anything). Im using chrome and firefox and it hapends on both.

heres a screen shot. It seems to appear in places i am entering info. Its also moving, no static.(some parts are static)

well I have had my computer for just over a month... It started maybe a week or two ago.
