Bottleneck question

I currently have a FX 6300 CPU, with a asus gtx 770 GPU.My GPU is bottle necking my cpu in some games,so i plan on buying a new one.I am interested in the FX 8350, and just wondering if my gpu will bottleneck it? I Would love to go with the AMD FX-9590 Vishera 4.7GHz, but think I'm limited to the 8350 with my 970 chipset board?
 
It would actually be your CPU bottlenecking your GPU, and no, that CPU is certainly not bottlenecking your 770. Why do you think it is?

ya you are 100% right....I feel dumb as hell but i wrote this post all wrong.I meant to say my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu and would the 8350 fx bottleneck my gtx 770. My fps drops to 15 in arma 3 and there is no way possible it is my gpu.... so i assumed it was my shity fx 6300
