Installed programs not listed on the "all progams".

My notebook is running Widows 7 Home Premium. The majority of the programs I am downloading and installing are not showing up in the "all programs" list. There's no shortcuts to the affected programs anywhere, either. I've never had this issue before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If all else fails. Go to the Harddrive/Computer. Find the programs under Programs Files. Open the program and find the application file. Right click on it and pick, pin to start menu.

This is where I get highly confused. When I click on the Windows logo in the lower left of the screen, I would like to access all installed programs by clicking on "All Programs" at the bottom. If I pin every installed program to the start menu, won't it make my start menu overloaded?
