Need PSU suggestion for upgraded eMachines ET1831-05

I upgraded the processor, added a case fan, and added a video card to my eMachines ET1831-05. The processor was upgraded to an E8400. The video card I installed is a Radeon HD 6670, which is currently overclocked to 875 MHz. Everything else in this PC is stock. The packaging for the video card says that a PSU of 400 Watts or greater is recommended. Are all PSU's the same physical size? If not, how do I find out what PSU's will fit my PC? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Looking at this picture, it looks like your eMachines desktop uses a standard size ATX PSU, so you should be good to go and purchase any regular PSU and it should fit.

As for a good PSU to buy, I recommend the Corsair CX430M for your setup.

The current stock PSU is rated at 250 watts. My CPU is a Core 2 Duo E8400, which is rated at 65 watts. The video card I installed is a Radeon HD 6670, which is currently overclocked to 875 MHz. The documentation that came with the video card suggests a 400 watt PSU as a minimum.

I like your suggestion of the CX430M. Is 430 watts sufficient for my PC? I just don't want to buy this PSU, then realize a month from now that I should have spent the extra $15 on the CX500M. Thanks.
 
430 watts is plenty for your system but if you are worried you can go for the CX500M if you like. Your PC isn't going to be drawing a lot of power at all because that graphics card is low-end and not a power-hungry card by any means.

I'd get a CX-M power supply because they are semi-modular, so you only plug in the cables you need, which means you will have less cables floating around in your case getting in the way.
