Hi guys.

Is there a relatively inexpensive auto tracking telescope that I could connect my Nikon D600 to for some cool astro photography? I was looking on google but it's hard to find some solid info.

Thanks.

You can pick them up for under $200. I will be looking into one soon, I think the one I was looking at was $160. Its a Celestron dont remember what model but its the top of the line power seeker they have.

So, if I got it right. You need an adapter to put where the eyepiece goes, and then a T2 adapter to mount the camera, right?

No the T2 mount should go where the eyepeice goes. You should only need one adapter as far as I know.

Also, this is the telescope I was talking about:

Although I dont think that one has a motorized tracker, which is what you are going to want. But I think those, even the tripods, are rather expensive.

Thats what you really want.
