program to capture my screen movement

Trying to teach the kids a few things. Im using the mouse and moving files etc. How can i capture what im doing on my computer? I want to capture the movement and sound if possible. Cant find a program for it.

I used Fraps to record my gaming videos, I believe it will work on the desktop as well.

Camstudio is a good one I believe and you can use fraps as well as WRX stated.
