Because I have a lot of noise come from my current power supply
So I hope you advice me which kind of power supply should I buy it

You can download PC Wizard and install it (from my sig). Run it and go to FILE, SAVE AS and click ok. Copy the text out of that file into this thread for a proper assessment of what PSU you need.

The 360w should be enough for you, but with little room for expansion in hardware.

I think you just having a problem with the fan in your PSU. Its either cheapo or overheating. Don't really think you need a fanless supply.

Either of these would do you fine and the fans regulate the speed depending on load.

Yes, actually I want to upgrade. I try to upgrade my CPU
To core i7 because I need faster, is there anything else should to upgrade it
Beside the processor even I get a faster PC

That's a good price on the Corsair 430. I've had one in a homebuilt desktop running a Core2Duo and old nVidia Quadro FX for a few years now without a problem. I'd go with that, but knowing it's going to make a little noise.
