New HP giving .dll error

A friend of mine just bought a new HP laptop, i7, touchscreen, Windows 8.1, 750GB. I'm getting a .dll error when trying to run a .exe file to install some software. I reset it to new, tried again, and the same .dll error appears. I personally use the exact same software on my HP Pavilion Laptop. How can I get this program to load?

Thanks in advance for any and all help

Rename the install directory (the following is just an example) from little "s" to C:\AutoCAD\Setup (notice the big S in Setup).

Directories aren't case sensitive in Windows. C:\MyProgram is the same as c:\myprogram

I've been very busy, thank you for your help. I will try to use this solution.
Do you know why it is this application installs and works on my one computer but gives this dll error on the other? What is different about them? They both run 8.1, both HP with specs exceeding that required by Auto Cad. What is strange is that the brand new one is the one that will not load.
