hi guys; it's me again; i found this cheap one at Amazon i don't want to spend much and this one has my modle# VGN 290FW, is this worth it? this one i have sais 16 heads! that one doesn't mention it, i allways shop at Amazon and they have never failed, so what you think?

Re-read this post. ANY 2.5" SATA HDD will work with your laptop.

Any 2.5" (Platter size) SATA drive should fit and work on your Sony.
