Battery problems

Hello people

I have, as the title state, a problem with my battery. When i plug my battery stick into my laptop, the icon on my computer which show that it is now getting power shows up, but a few seconds later the icon that indicates that it isn't getting power pops up. And this cycle repeats all the time, which is frustrating and very annoying. its been doing this for a few months now, I've tried buying a new cable to plug into the computer, but it hasn't worked.

Anyone who has the faintest idea on how to solve this problem?

It's probably a bad DC jack. Do you need to wiggle the cable in order to see the battery start to charge?
 
I tried buying a new one, but that didnt result in any changes.

I can't really figure out the problem. Could it bet the batteri it self?

If all you did was buy a new charger then thats not gonna fix a bad charging port. Take it in and have it checked. Most likely you have a bad charging port on the laptop and it would have to be taken apart and replaced.

First, the DC jack isn't the charger, as john said.

Second, learn to spell BATTERY.
