I play Watchdogs and will be getting a few of the new games coming out.
question is will my 760s @ 2gb each be enough for 4k monitor if I buy one I will be going 780TI in maybe 4 months but I need a new monitor and just want to make sure Ill be ok on 4k vs 1440p

No. 760SLI will struggle even at 1440p with watchdogs due to the VRAM particularly. A single 780Ti will also struggle at 4K (which is essentially 1080p x 4). I am used to running 3K (3 x 1080p) with 780Ti and often it hits the VRAM buffer limit in recent games, and will drop to 70FPS in games like watch dogs. Id suggest getting the R9 290X if you're insistent on gaming in 4K (4GB VRAM), however don't expect huge FPS.

The unusually high Video RAM requirements of Watch Dogs brings any card with 3GB of VRAM to its knees at 1440p and higher.

Even with 780Ti SLI or 290X CF expect minimum 28fps and average 41 fps at 4K with current drivers and game engine optimisation. Pretty much close to unplayable in my opinon.

If you can find 2 4gb versions for a reasonable price, then you're ok to go.

Not at 4K mate. Not at playable levels.

He already has one 460 at 2GB VRAM, so even if he gets one at 4GB it will still only have 2GB VRAM available (as I know you know).

4K, not even the top cards can do watchdogs at maxed out above 60FPS minimum.
