Can't play games on my gaming laptop

No matter what game I play, or what setting I play with, I always get an unplayable fps on the Toshiba Qosmio X870.

My gtx is updated, so is my Bios.
I'm running out of ideas and any help would be really appreciated.

I would suspect that for some reason the graphics aren't switching to the 670 and is stuck on the intel integrated graphics. Is it switchable graphics or does the system supposed to switch when needed? Many issues like this with these types of laptops.

I couldn't find any graphics card other than my GTX, integrated was nowhere to be found, I also checked the device manager. So I guess the gtx is the only option.
