My 8320 scores a 7.6 on WEI also but it's definitely better than your Phenom X6.

Also for mechanical Hard Drives (as in not SSD's) your WEI score will cap at 5.9.

Also my 7850 had a 7.9 for graphics and my 7970 does also, but 7970 is nearly twice as powerful as the 7850.

So did my i5 2500K @ 4.3GHz and that's better than both. :p

Anything faster than a 5870 or a GTX 560 Ti usually gets 7.9, as I mentioned in the thread I started. I got 7.8 with my 5870 and a GTX 560 Ti I tested (both stock).

2GB? That's almost literally nothing these days. I have 16GB of the good stuff (2400MHz CAS10!)

Yeah windows alone was taking nearly 1GB..then the intergrated graphics were using 256mb set aside. :D

4GB will be fine - add another 2GB if possible.

Ive since removed windows 7 and installed Linux Mint..much much faster now,Only uses around 450-500mb idle.

She only uses it for internet & Email. :)

Im probably going to do the same to a netbook i just inherited, dual core atom, 2 gigs ram, and intel graphics...toshiba thing, but should do nicely with linux, its running xp currently, dont want to run on something that dated.

WRXGuy1: My WEI stats wouldn't be 5.9 if I didn't have the hard disk issues that I do. Other than that, all my other ratings are 7.5 and above so my PC is still pretty nice.

All SATA/IDE mechanical hard disks are capped to 5.9. You need an SCSI or SAS hard disk or an SSD to get beyond 5.9. And all SSDs on SATA 3GB/s are capped to about 7.4. I doubt your board has SATA 6GB/s support.

I HAD Windows installed on my OCZ Vertex3 SSD, but being that it was only 120GB capacity it was filling up fast from Google Drive and iTunes so I wiped my PC and installed Windows on the WD Caviar Black 1TB.

Should've installed those programs onto the HDD and kept Windows on the SSD!
