Help with picking new video card please

I upload a lot of gameplay to youtube and was thinking about upgrading my dual GTX560 cards to a single GTX760 which is $220. I would like to keep the cost under $300. The 760 will allow me to try out Nvidia's Shadow Play plus I'm hoping will be a big improvement performance wise to what I have now.

My questions are...

1. Is the GTX760 the right choice? Will only one 760 be a big improvement over two 560s?

2. Will my motherboard and power supply be enough to run a 760?

My computer specs are...

Digital Storm Cooler Master 942, Intel i5 Quad core, Asus Sabertooth Z77 motherboard, 2 - Nvidia GTX 560, Western Digital 1 tb hard drive, 16GB DDR3 1600MHz, 800W Corsair GS power supply.

Thank you

According to an online search a single 760 does outperform 2 560's in sli. If you are willing to try out an AMD card then get like an R9 280x or 290. The 290 would be around $300, the 280x would be closer to $250-260. Both the 280 and 290 beat the 760.

amd doesn't support shadow play.

also its worth the 970 if you can spring $330. it uses less electricity and performs a lot better than the 760.

760 - 170 watt tdp, 1152 cuda, kepler architecture
970 - 145 watt tdp, 1664 cuda, Maxwell architecture (30% higher performance per cuda)

also has 4gb of vram rather than 2gb which help for slightly futureproofing it

Hmm. Yes for an additional $100 I think the 970 is the way to go. So no problems with it running on my motherboard? Might be a dumb question, but I was told to make sure by a friend.
