Folders showed up on C: drive

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Several folders showed up on my C: drive. I'm getting ready to do a backup and wondered what they are-I've scanned them for virus and they seem to be clean. The folder names are:

Boot
found.000
found.001
found.002
csb
delfix
Install
RHDSetup

The last 4 are either .log or .txt files. None of these were there the last time I looked at the contents of C: drive.

Should I just leave them there? Are these chkdsk. fragments and can I delete them?

Thanks for any help.

The found files are checkdisk logs. What is inside the boot folder? Log and txt files can be deleted.

Just looked at the properties of the 'Boot' folder and it was created 2 1/2 years ago. Why is it showing up here, now?
Thanks for any help!

Have you ever used a linux live cd for anything on this system or possibly have a dual boot configuration?
