Hi guys; i went to a Flee market and got this brand new mother board, DFI Landparty Abit Nf7s v2 for 10 bucks, the guy even did throw a Cpu 1 think it's a 1.6ghz i don't know for sure i will get the Cpu tomorrow, hope he will honor his word since i already payed for it,and as they say when one pays in advance we will mostly not be well served, any way this is the Board in question, i know this is very old but i hope to do with it better then my Emachines that is very bad!

which of these CPus are the best for it.

The board supports following CPUs

- AMD Athlon XP 266/333/400MHz FSB

- AMD Athlon 200/266MHz FSB

- AMD Duron 200/266MHz FSB

Those processors are so old, they couldn't even handle normal web browsing without stuttering.

Well i have an old Sony 10 years old also, a Pentium M with 1.5ghz 1gb mem and it run 10 times better then my other Pentium 4 2.0ghz, 2ghz mem and 50 times better then an Emachines 2.00ghz, 2Ghz mem,on the web and video streaming, maybe this one will run better then the Emachines or the Dell P4 who knows.

You don't even state what processor that has. In any case, none of those machines are good at all. They're all extremely dated. I'm surprised you can do anything with any of them.

If you have all the parts then that's fine, but if you have to buy a case, memory, hard drive, power supply, etc., it's not worth it at all. Go with the Athlon XP with a 400MHz FSB.

Thanks geoff; yes i have all the parts to go with it, but i don't want to bother if this motherboard and set up will not perform at least like my Dell Dem 4500 Pentium 4,i just use it for web browsing with Xubuntu 14.04 Google chrome and Mozila Fire Fox and it does a fare good job.

For all my video streaming i use Lenovo Thinkcenter with Intel E5 2400 3.1 GHZ 3.8 socket 1155,with Video Card ATI AMD 6450
and as a back up a Toshiba Satellite laptop Amd C-50 1.00 GHZ 2 GB mem, some times i have both streaming at same time,
also i have a old Sony Centrino Vaio Vgn A195EP lasptop 1.50GHZ 1ghz mem, that i have set up to a RF converter for streaming to all my analog TVs in the house
