My computer crashed/lost power a few days ago and one of the HDDs in my hot-swap bay is not working now. It's a laptop-sized Seagate Momentus 250GB drive, and after rebooting it is not showing up in Windows Explorer. I tried looking at my components in Speccy but it wasn't there either. I tried a hardware scan but it wasn't found. The little light on the hot swap bay is lit saying there is a drive there but my computer says otherwise. If I take the disk out of the computer and plug it back in, the HDD Activity light on my case lights up like the computer recognizes the HDD, but nothing else happens. Is it trashed?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
