my laptop got a black screen after starting up and I don't know whats wrong I just got it rebooted and everything it go into black screen about 5-10min after its start up.

Either its infected or possible bad hardware. At what point does it go black? Do you see the windows logo at all? What operating system?

after it reach the desktop 10-20min after that it goes black, OS is win8. you mean infected with virus? cause I just did a full factory reboot.

no, after it go into black screen the only way to get it back is to do a full restart.

If you hold the screen at extreme angles in the light do you still see the desktop image? Do you get the same behavior on an external monitor with the laptop connected?

This might isolate between flaky hardware (inverter or backlight) and a software issue.
