HELP anti theft dell inspiron 15 7537

I have a Dell laptop inspiron 7537 15 normally used with windows 8 until the hard disk is spoiling you remove the hard drive review board completely removing the BIOS battery and doing housekeeping but I went to turn message :
This computer has been disabled using intel (r ) anti -theft technology due to : platform attack detected
Let me enter or the BIOS asks me server recovery password or token but never use mcafee nor anything like that was activated before the cleaning work diskless pc to enter the BIOS but now nothing . (sorry mi inglish is bad u.u)

When i change the battery of the bios, my laptop to start first thing that appeared on the screen was:
This computer has been disabled using intel (r ) anti -theft technology due to : platform attack detected
But never active anti theft, even removing the hard drive still shows that message, I can not use the bios

Tengo una laptop Dell inspiron 15 7537 que usaba normalmente con windows 8 hasta q se arruino el disco duro le saque el disco duro revise la placa por completo quitando la pila de BIOS y haciendo limpieza pero al encender me salio un mensaje de:
This computer has been disabled using intel (r) anti-theft technology due to: platform attack detected
No me deja entrar ni al BIOS me pide password o server recovery token pero nunca use nada de mcafee ni se como se activaba eso, antes de la limpieza funcionaba la pc sin disco duro para entrar al BIOS pero ahora nada.
 
Maybe try taking out the laptop battery and putting it back in. Removing power from the machine might hard-reset it.

EDIT: after doing research online about this intel anti-theft service, it has been discontinued and you have to unsubscribe.
 
It sounds like you encountered some kind of BIOS corruption or attack. Can you do anything in the BIOS? If not I think all you can do is replace the motherboard or buy a new computer.

Suena como usted encontró algún tipo de daños en el BIOS o el ataque . ¿Puedes hacer algo en el BIOS ? Si no creo que lo único que puedes hacer es reemplazar la placa base o comprar un equipo nuevo.
