Windows 8 Dimming Issue

I'm honestly in a lost.

- I disabled the power option thing for the automatic dimming thing.
- I also went into my Intel Graphics Power area and turn it off.

But.. it still does it.. I'm seriously at a lost. I don't know what to do.

Any help on what to do!?

Is this a laptop or desktop? Please explain exactly what is happening.
