I have managed to get a X5492 in a cheap price of 50 bucks...
And I want to put this in a 775 socket system.
Problem is that I saw the TDP of this beast, which was 150W.
The only 775 socket M/B I have is the ASUS P5K.
And it says it only supports till around 130Ws.
I ain't gonna run something really exhausting on that system.
I just want to know if the damn thing would work...
Also, would it be possible to get a used 775 socket M/B that supports 150W TDP?
If I can, I'd like to know the price of them too. (ASUS,Gigabyte are favored)
