Will my pc have enough power to run these GPUs?

I have a Gateway dx4860-ub33p which has a psu of 300 watts and the motherboard has a PCIE 2 slot. My question is will all GPUs that do not have a power connector on them run in my pc. Currently I have a ATI Radeon HD 4650 which requires 56 watts of power. I am thinking of purchasing a new GPU such as a GTX 750 Ti which requires 60 watts of power. The thing is the store i'm going to may not have this exact GPU and i want to know if all GPUs that are compatible with my pc will run if they do not have a power connector and them.

I'm new here and i would really appreciate any help i can get.

300's a bit skimpy, I'd probably upgrade it anyway as OEM generally provide poor quality units.

The problem here is that the 300 watt power supply is probably only pushing about 225 watts at most maybe not even 200 watts. Would need model number of the unit to verify. If you want to get the 750 TI then get like the corsair CX430 psu.
