Weird buzzing noise

I've had this issue for a while, just was too lazy to post it.

Whenever I play a game, I get a buzzing noise in the background, which gets louder if im performing an action, like looking around or clicking.

This started happening when I got my AMD card, so I suspect it might be an issue with drivers or something.

Happens in League, with V-sync off (I keep it on because of skipped frames and rollback, but thats another issue), and in CSGO. I havent changed the default settings in CSGO, so maybe its V-sync again.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

Maybe a grounding issue between the video card and the motherboard/case.

Have you tried reseating the video card?

Are you using the on-board sound card?

in the headphones themselves? How have you got them plugged in? what type of headphones?

Does it get faster, slower with the frames or just a constant noise?

Constant noise, its in the headphones, cant hear it without them on. Ive got them plugged in to the motherboard directly, they are Razer Kraken Pros

I'm 100% sure this is coil whine.

Is it anything like this?

I'm looking left and right in World of Warcraft in these videos as part of an RMA I did on R9 290X because of coil whine.

This man explains it well:

Not coil whine, its more a humming/buzzing noise, low pitched.
