R7 250 or R7 250X

Hello all,
My first post here, I have a Phenom II dual core with three years, 4 GB ram and I want a vídeo card from AMD. I know the 250X is better, but it costs more twenty five dolars and my budget is limited. So take in account my PC what should I do?

To play games, I prefer the Playstation 3 that I have.However, I have a few PC games, like Crysis, FEAR, Age of empires and Rome total war. I like strategic games.

If you can push it, then get the 2gb 250x. Just make sure you got a good brand of power supply rated at least 430 watts. Something like the corsair cx430.
