You wouldn't want to, those are single core CPUs that are already ancient.
Well Of course I don't wan't to am I able is the question  My other computer is broken and I'm not able to fix it so for a temporary fix and being able to play the games I'd like to, I'm not the most savvy with computers :( so any advice or help I'd greatly appreciate

What's wrong with it? :p
That's the million dollar question , From what I've seen and what its said to me basically its not reading my hard drive or something and its missing Partition drive so I am not able to recovery and on start up it takes me to a CMD screen but I cannot type, I've only been able to do SHIFT+F11 for a recovery screen but I can't access BIOS and when I get to the recovery page for windows 8.1 the blue one, I go to advanced options and try to recover from a drive and it says either someone about GPT disk isn't right or Partition drive is missing. I don't know if this means my hard drive is corrupt or something I haven't asked any professionals I've only tried fixing it my self but I'm not the best with computers

I would look into getting that one fixed instead of doing anything with the one that has the sempron processor in it. You won't be able to do any gaming with it. You most likely have a failing hard drive in the 8.1 machine. You will most likely need a new hard drive and will need to reinstall windows.

So for example if I were to call Staples and ask for assistance with their Easy Tech associates they wouldn't be able to provide any help?

You'd pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed at Staples. And they'll provide very shitty service too.

You can run a diagnostic on the hard drive to determine if its good or bad. If its bad its pretty simple to install a new one and reinstall windows.

Clear the CMOS, set to default in BIOS< reset settings and boot from EasyBCD boot disk and reinstate the Windows BCD.

It would help if you told us what your current computer has for specs, in order to tell you if you could transfer it. Most likely not though.

Dude, he simply cannot boot (partition issue) at this stage. There is no evidence the HDD is bad and testing and fixing the boot issue (based on the evidence) is much faster and may even work.

I'm thinking it's more a user error. "Can't access BIOS" is probably due to the user not knowing how, or the splash screen pops up quickly and they don't see a way to enter it.
