Hello all!

A quick question regarding to main reasons why BIOS won't boot up.
I have asus N56VZ and after I did the format and I entered BIOS to change boot order to default It didn't work anymore. Now when i press power button I see only keyboard light turn on HDD led blinks for 3 seconds after nothing happens black screen!!.

Can you please help what might be the reasons behind it!!

thanks!

Remove the hard drive and see if it continues to post screen and if you can access the bios.

I have tried that and also swapped RAM modules but same issue!
even when I put a working HDD it will not work its LED turns off exactly after 3 sec!!
also tried external monitor but no signal!
I'm not getting what might be the cause of this problem?

Did you change anything else in the bios?
...At that time I remember that I disabled CSM option (picture 1) by default it was enabled. and for Boot Mode Select I chose, Legacy (picture 2). This was only way that I found to install a fresh OS. please consider these reference pictures...

Turn laptop over, remove any access panels and see if you can access the cmos battery. If you can, then remove charger, then remove laptop battery, disconnect cmos battery, press and hold power button for 10 seconds then wait a few minutes. Then reconnect cmos battery and laptop battery and try booting up.

I did it, but still I got the same result! I guess there should be something serious!! with Motherboard or CPU!!
