Allow a VM to access a PCI-E card?

I can't find a way to let my VMWare VM access my PC's FusionHDTV7 tuner card. Is there a way to link this device to the VM? Thanks

Direct io but it's probably not a supported device.

Also you would lose it on the host if you dedicated it to the vm
