FPS is crap

I used to have a steady 61FPS in Steam but now its jumping between 30 and 50 and it's acting weird.

TF2 and Need for Speed have lower FPS than usual. I used to get a steady 61 and now I'm lucky if it'll hit 40.

You didn't get a steady 61FPS. Framerate varies greatly during gameplay depending on the scene.

You probably updates your drivers, reset your GPU overclock back to stock if you had one, changed the quality settings, or a game update changed something.
