Opinions on a Budget Gaming PC

Hey guys I want to build a gaming PC for about 700 British Pounds (about 1030$) and I've chosen the following components but I just want more opinions to make sure that they are as good as I think and that they are compatible of course! Here are the components I've chosen so far:

Intel Core i5-4590 3.30 GHz Haswell Socket LGA1150 Processor

GeForce GTX960 DirectCU2 OC Strix 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Z97-D3H Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

Blitz 1.1 Original 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C9 2133MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit (AVD3U2133090)
Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache HDD - OEM (WD10EZEX)
QBX Mini-ITX Cube Chassis - Black

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler

Builder Series CX 600W V2 '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020048-UK)

What do you think? I've heard that the GTX960 might be a bit too much since I'm mostly going to be playing MOBAs, and that a 450w PSU might be enough and that I might not need a 600w one. All of these components can be found on Overclockers.co.uk by the way. (I already have an operating system by the way.)
Thanks in advance!

For £700 this is a nice build. The 200R is like £50 so that will be a good case to get. For £50 it is one the best cases you can get. The other good case for about £50 is the Zalman Z11 which is good if you like LED lighting. The Corsair is more discrete but if you like lights the Zalman is a good option. For £60 or so you can get an NZXT Phantom 240 which is also a very, very good case for the money. If you remove the case how much do you have left to spend?

I'd recommend the CX600M - the M is the modular one. Really helps with cable management because you can remove cables you don't need.

I think you should look at the latest generation i5s too. i5 6xxx CPU, Z170 board and DDR4 RAM (but check the board - some Z170 boards use DDR3, others DDR4. The CPU can work with either DDR3 or DDR4). Do you plan to overclock? You've got that CPU cooler. If yes, you need to get a 4690K or a 6600K. The 4690K will be a lot cheaper but it is last generation and doesn't support DDR4 RAM.

I would go for LGA1151

Here is my pick for m-itx OC PC, I pick a case with similar style as I can't find it at pcpartpicker list...
