If its 76 degrees somethings not working right. That cooler looks like a pretty standard tower design, and those should do a lot better than the stock cooler. Are you sure the backplate is installed correctly? You shouldn't have any trouble booting with the screws tightened.

Yes now i have Done Everything Again and it actually booted this time but now im faced with a error something something, i took a picture but its too big to upload

Yaaay I just plugged in my keyboard and it booted . Now my cpu is at 25 degrees celcius in idle

now i have had prime95 running for 20 minutes and max temp i have gotten on one core is 60 degrees celcius

Much better. So there was an issue with the cpu cooler instsllation.
