Debate on which on two laptop is better for gaming

Which is laptop is better?

Hello!
I am currently struggling to purchase between two laptops.
Of course, some might say to wait and get money in order to buy a better one, but idc

So, the first one is an Acer laptop with an APU a8-6410 2,0 ghz with integrated AMD r5 graphics with 6 Gig of Ram and 1 TB HDD+ windows 10

The second one is an HP laptop with an intel Core i5 3320M 2.6Ghz+ integrated intel 4000 HD graphics + 8Gb of ram + 500Gb hard drive and windows 7 pro

I am not looking to play very demanding games such as crisis or witch 3, but maybe some league of legends, smite, etc.

So, which one is indeed better to perform the game I cited above?
 
Ideally you want something with a dedicated GPU. The LoL requirements say you really want something that's equivalent to a GeForce 8800. Whilst the 8800 is an old card today, I don't think either of those laptops' integrated graphics can perform like an 8800.

What's your budget? Maybe you can look at an older system that's been refurbished which was fairly high spec when it was new and is still good today but not the absolute latest. If you look you can find good stuff from 3 or 4 years ago which is still great today and will do what you want but costs far less than an equivalent system today.

my budget is too low for something better, both laptop were refurbished and I can't make a decision on which to purchase

To be completely blunt...They will both suck ass.. save your money!!! Build your budget so its better spent on quality, rather than an impulse purchase on a piece of trash.
