Best cloud storage?

Want to save photos and some important teaching resources. 40GB would be good.

Any recommendations?
Usually you'll have to pay to have that much. I'd look at DropBox, that's the best one I've used so far, but you can give Mega a go too. I feel that Mega is more suited to uploading files and sharing links with others whereas DropBox is more like 'personal storage' and using the little app you can synchronise it to your PC or Mac as well as view it on your phone.

For photo storage Flickr gives you 1TB for free. You can create a private album so that people can't view your photos.

I'd recommend Dropbox. $10/mo gets you 1TB and some of the best client and third party applications of any cloud utility out there.

I use Dropbox, Box and Adrive. Between them all I like Box and Adrive the best. Dropbox's website is a mush of crap if you ask me. I just don't like it's implantation on how things work. Right click, delete, chose the trash can, permanently delete. That's one gripe. With Box & Adrive you just check off the file you want to delete and hit the trash can icon. But with Adrive I use the FTP feature the most. They offer SFTP as well.

If you need to encrypt your files check out boxcrypter or use 7Z and store the files in an encrypted SFX archive. 7Z uses AES256.

I understand what you mean about the trash, but that one time you delete something and realize you still needed it later, or you deleted the wrong file, it's very handy.

Dropbox is also excellent if you have your files synchronised on two computers on the same network. You can enable LAN sync which means the files go directly between the two computers and not from Dropbox. It really speeds things up!
