New member, AIO question

I build my own computers, but an AIO is the best for my mom. She is in a wheelchair and likes how the ports and everything is easily accessible.
I am having a hard time finding one that would suit her. So, if anyone here knows of any that would be good, I would appreciate it.
She does NOT like Windows 10, and wants to stay with Windows 7. She watches a lot of live cam feeds, and plays games on sites like yahoo and pogo. No need for a touch screen or card reader. USB ports have to be easily reached without moving the monitor. No wifi needed, since it won't be moved at all during day to day use.
I would like to get something with at least 8 gigs of ram, CD/DVDrw.
I'm sure there are other details I am missing, since I'm used to just picking out my peripherals and hooking it up myself.
Are AIOs upgradeable? I guess I could look that up lol

TIA

I guess if it wasn't obvious enough, I'm not looking to spend a lot of money, and I'm having a hard time finding one that would work out good enough for her, without being overkill. And expensive.
Her current AIO has the USB ports on the side, and I would prefer to have at least 1 or 2 in the front, so she can reach it easier.
It is also pretty slow for her when she browses the web, which is weird. She is running Win7 with 4 gb of ram. Could be 2gb, it's been a few years since I bought it for her.

so ,you are looking to build an a10 for windows 10?post your budget and someone will help you.honestly though,if you are a builder, this should be pretty apparent.

Holy crap, I didn't even check to see if you could build an aio. I'll look into that.

She hates Win10, so I need to stick with 7. No budget, really, I'm just looking to suit her needs without overkill. Obviously the $1,000+ setups are not needed.

If I could buy one of the $300 aio and get away with it, I would. Probably format and install win7. I'm just asking if anyone knows offhand something that would fit the bill.

If it seems like I'm a little rusty on my knowledge, I built my computer 5 years ago, and it's just a basic setup. Nothing fancy.

You can't build an AIO. You need to buy one from a manufacturer.

Check newegg for AIO's from Dell and ASUS. You should be able to find one that works for you.

Fixed :p

*SHe* could always mount a NUC to the back and pretend..
Lol fixed ;)

I did find some barebones kits where you could essentially "build" your own aio, but for the cost, you're better off getting a cookie cutter aio.

Usb hub is a great idea, one less detail to have to search for. Although she does say the optical drive is hard to work, but other than bringing her different models to try out...

Thanks guys
