FPS lag

Thankyou for doing all of this I'll get back to you asap on the temps and stuff but in the meantime my psu is 750w its an aero cool xpredatorx

I'd just get a new CPU/board/RAM at this stage. Either move to Intel and go with a Skylake i5 or i7 and DDR4 RAM or wait for the next generation AMD CPUs which will also use DDR4 RAM. It's not worth pumping money into AM3 or AM3+ these days.

While true, tesselation in that game is minimal, like palm tree bark, and has almost zero performance impact from what I've tested.

Also the 6GB of detected VRAM is normal, when testing the 7990 it showed up as that much VRAM.

Decling FPS sounds like something else is amiss. How's your RAM usage while playing?
