Kind of curious what they'll come up with.
Half expecting more of the 3/4 or 'urban warfare' kind of like Hardline. There aren't too many other ways to hash battlefield types of games unless you take a trip back to WW2 and that era of gaming that was hugely too drawn out..

I've been playing a ton of BF4 online recently,And really enjoyed Battlefield:Bad company 2 multiplayer so im stoked for BF5.
Im curious to see which direction they're taking with BF5,I would love to see a World War 2 setting again,Battlefield 1944?
If its going to be a Futuristic setting,With jump suits,people flying around the map etc..no thanks.

Agreed, although titanfall2 will fit that bill and am excited
Some of the themes just get beaten into the ground though.

Battlefield 2 was released in what? 2005? Then it took some 8 or 9 years for BF3, then a year or so latter BF4 now we have BF5?! It's like what happened to Windows once Vista came out!
I have BF3, but I didn't care for it and never learned how to fly the damn aircraft. Why the hell did they make it so complicated? I was in a multiplayer game and I was shooting the shit out of people and it never phased them and then I die! Promptly turned it off and uninstalled. I'm told they must have had some BS perk.
I still play BF2 and use the AIX mod. The AIX mod does to BF2 what should have been in the first place. I currently run a BF2 AIX mod server. I should instal BF3 again and give it another go. But I don't even remember my damn Origin login credentials anymore. That's what pisses me off about BF3 +. Origin, browser-based login and player matching. Stupid!

PEBKAC. The chopper(s) is/are actually pretty smooth if you don't try to over fly them.
I just hope they dont add BF5 to Origin Access.
Ever since Origin Access came out,And sales for BF4 where you could get a key for under £5,The wall hack cheaters have become rampant and they dont even hide it. :/
I've reported a few cheaters and they all had their Ranks reset but not ban..which is disappointing.

They had 2142, Bad Company, Bad Company 2 and Play for free between BF2 and BF3 and also now Hardline between BF4 and 5 (if it's gonna be called BF5). Also the jets are really hard to fly, I agree but the helis are very easy.

Same here, I do kill helis with them sometimes but very rarely, also I once managed to kill a guy on a hill with a jet but that's about it.

Perhaps they made flying a jet harder because how many times have you wanted to fly a jet and it was gone never to respawn forever? Or how many times you were taking a flag, gets to the point your enemy is informed the flag is being captured and along comes stat padding flying Ace who bombs your ass back to your base? I found the jets very annoying in BF2. Especially when base raping. But they are fun to fly non the less.
