If you tell us your location and budget, we may be able to recommend other components or possibly find you better deals. I know many like to use partpicker as its an easy way to compare products and prices, you may also find some better deals there.

You will need to remove all your drivers on the drive first then after the clone you will need to expand the partition to use the rest of the HDD or you will be limited to the original 500gb, you could also create a new one which will appear as two HDD's when you only have one. I'm not sure doing a clone is a good idea, you could run into problems.

Also why this the HDD described as USB3.0, are you sure this is an internal drive?

There is no need to clone your HDD. You shouldn't do it anyways as the INF for the motherboard on your old system will conflict with the new board's INF. Not a good idea. You can reinstall windows even if it is an OEM copy, just call microsoft.

The only situation where you might run into trouble is if you are trying to activate a license tied to a "big name PC" machine such as a DELL or HP on another machine. That might not work when you call Microsoft and ask them to activate. In any other situation though you are good to go.

By the way can i use my old Hard Drive ? , people told me if i use my old hard drive i don't have to reinstall windows again

Your new components will need different drivers to the old ones, you might get lucky and the computer will boot into windows and you can proceed to uninstall the old drivers and then install the new ones or your computer may just blue screen.

If the HDD you want to use is still in the old computer or can be put back in the old computer then uninstall all the old drivers first before booting with it in the new computer.

Btw guys is it really worth to OVERClock your cpu , ive seen people saying it might kill it :(

Only if you do it incorrectly. There's many guides that'll show you how to raise the speed, and the voltage in increments.

I overclocked my i5-6600K from the stock 3.5GHz to 4.6GHz with no issues, but overclocking the integrated graphics was unstable. It's a bit of trial and error that takes patience.

I've ran a processor with an overclock that was 54% over it's stock clock for more than 6 years and it still runs like new. As long as you overclock properly with the appropriate CPU cooler, your CPU should not fail you before your hardware is obsolete to the point where you will need a new computer.

Yes, I forgot to mention I'm also running a water cooler which helps keep the temperatures down. If your CPU gets too hot for too long it'll die similar to a human dehydrating in the desert.
