Iiyama G-Master 24" 144Hz

Are you using your currency or did you convert to USD?

I'd highly recommend an Asus monitor - are you shopping at a local store in Iceland?

I converted it. I figured our currency (ISK) wouldn't tell you anything :)

Yeah shopping locally. How would you compare the Asus to say Benq XL2411Z?

I am the currency conversion king..LOL I figure $400usd is like 48,500 in Iceland $$

Truthfully, I've heard mixed thing about BENQ monitors - but never used them myself so take that for what it's worth.

I've owned 10 or so different Asus monitors over the years and they've all served me well. If it's a gaming monitor your after, Asus has alot of options.

I'd look for one with HDMI, 1ms refresh, whatever resolution you like, most likely a 1080p to keep within your budget and you should be good to go.

Lol, conversion king :D

But yeah, it is really confusing, ofcourse it is people opinions on what is better for them and so on. But I have seen people talking good about ASUS but also some say that the BenQ has better colors and the ASUS has some flickering issues. Like one user on reddit (where I also asked for advice) said the ASUS is bad pick compared to the BenQ and described the ASUS flaws as "is not PWM, has worse colors and worse strobing support."

What sort of a computer do you have? (specs)

144hz monitors are great... if your system is powerful enough to make use of the advantages of 144hz monitors.
