Live mail, half dead.

OK, my last problem was solved quickly and easily, so I'll move to the next
hassle and see if my luck continues. Myself and Wifey have a desktop each. mine is Windows 8 and I use Windows Live Mail rather than to mail system that came with Windows 8. My wife has Windows 7 home Premium and of course Windows live mail. All my system works perfectly, but my wife can send e-mails but not receive them, this has been a problem for a couple of weeks. I have been into View and Accounts and ticked a few things but no joy. Mine is the main Account for our Internet service.
Any suggestions will be welcome.
 
Probably an authentication setting on the incoming server. Match up settings on both pc's.

Johnb35, If you can spell out how to do that I would be grateful. You can use kindergarten language I wont be offended.

Check the account settings on both your computers.

Make sure they're using the same incoming and outgoing servers.
Make sure the correct authentication and ports are being used.
