I currently have a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30 GHz, 16 GB ram, geforce gtx 1060 6gb computer and i think i need to buy a new cpu . I would prefer to buy one for maximum 150 euro but what do you guys recommend??

That CPU is over 5 years old now and the socket it uses is pretty much dead now.

Unless you find a use i5/i7 on the 1155 socket, your looking at a full platform update (Motherboard, CPU, RAM)

I'd probably give it a shot on an overclock first, otherwise you'd be looking at either a used 3770k or a CPU/MB/RAM upgrade to something like 1151.

Most of those didn't have too many issues at 4.4-4.6 GHz, what kind of cooler do you have?

I have no idea actually what kind of cooler i have, but you think i need a motherboard upgrade if i want to buy a new cpu?

Unless you find a socket 1155 used, you're gonna want to upgrade and get a decent mobo/cpu combo. I see a few 1155 sockets on some sites and the prices are astronomical cause they are past End of Life

Yep there have been a couple different sockets since your 1155 board came out. Even newer Haswell/Broadwell gear (4770k etc) is end of life and 1150 socket has been outdated.

The new platform is Skylake on 1151 and uses DDR4 RAM, so it'd be more of a holistic platform upgrade.

Depends on what you use it for,i have two Desktops with Sandybridge motherboard Intel 5 2400 with 1155 socket and they do all i need 100% no need for fancy PC with modern mother boards and modern CpU, that cost much money, for me that i hate games i'm pretty much satisfied and don't need any other higher as long these ones works, and i have chance to repair them which i doubt with new modern tech PCs
