If you have not played Alien Isolation, you should go buy it right now because it is a freaking masterpiece. It is so moody, so pretty, so terrifying. It's just the ultimate survival horror. You feel so weak and helpless in it. It's fantastic. You won't want to play it at night and you may not even want to play it alone. 
The Amnesia games are good horror games.

Not similar to the ones you mentioned, but Outlast is a masterpiece of a horror game imo.

Have you tried Layers of Fear?
It's a great indie game and somewhat different indie game.
It has puzzles and a.... let's say odd story. But has somewhat of a twist in the ind. (in my opinion, plenty disagree about the ending)
It has good graphics, and a creepy atmosefair.
Plenty of jump scares, so if that's you thing.... easy buy.
Cons:
It's very liniar and the game can be completed in 3 hours. (Think i used 4 hours though)
I still recommend playing it if you are a fan of horror indie games.
Price 20 Euro on steam.
A little overpriced if you ask me. If it was 10Euro, it would be a ****ing steal.

Oh yeah FEAR is a great game. Mixing horror with First Person Shooter.
The first game + the expansions i can easily recommend. The sequels aren't as good as th original games. Still great games though, i just expected more. (Just my opinion)
You can buy the FEAR collection pack on steam for only 55 Euro. Fantastic value. You get ALL 6 FEAR games.
