How is this build?

That cooler is not going to be sufficient for your processor.


I'd also advise from getting anything on the AM3+ platform right now. AM4 is coming soon.
 
I have everything in this build except the video card, already built just wondering if it would be okay for gaming.

Considering the cooler you have on that list is only rated for 65W TDP processors and you have a 95W TDP AMD FX-8300, you're going to experience heat issues sooner or later. You definitely need a better CPU cooler.

The GTX1060 will be fine for gaming. I don't trust that PSU though. It might blow up on you within the year or so. (and hopefully it doesn't take out anything else)

Well... I mean to be fair... apart from a GTX 1060, the build is kinda lame/bad. If you can actually return most of it, I probably would do that.

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, those are just observations I've had to come to that particular conclusion.
