And you are showing me the back of the video card why? The video card comes with its own cooler and generally never need to replace the thermal paste unless you are replacing the cooler on it.

How hot are we talking? Most cards for the last few years use a pretty conservative fan profile which doesn't ramp up rpm until 70-80C. Replacing paste on your CPU shouldn't impact GPU temperature.
