Computer starts but it doesn't show on display

Everything started yesterday when my computer shut down without a reason. I searched for a problem and find out that my PSU wasn't working so i bought a new one called Corsair CX Series CX450M 450W 80 Plus Bronze. I use M5A78L-M LX3 motherboard and Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti. So i got everything set up but when i turn the computer on it starts normally but the display doesn't show anything. I had this problem when i bought the computer because my cable from monitor to computer was VGA to VGA so i changed it from HDMI to DVI-I and it worked but now it's not working. Do you have any ideas why it's not working? When computer is on everything seems to be working but not the display. Can be the problem with video card? My monitor is LG with VGA and DVI-D ports

To be honest it could be a number of different things but the first thing to try is to remove the RAM modules fully and then reinsert them ensuring that they are seated properly. The ram modules are usually close to the PSU position and you may have disturbed them. Even they aren't near the PSU reseat them anyway because that is a surprisingly common cause of no display.

What CPU do you have? Before you changed the PSU did it do the same thing, or did it not turn on whatsoever?

I had Technoware Free silent 620W - FAL625FS12 and now i have Corsair CX Series CX450M 450W 80 Plus Bronze. Before that it didn't do anything, but now it turns on but no display shows

Try resetting your cmos. Unplug power from power supply, remove cmos battery from motherboard, press and hold power button on case for 10 seconds then wait 10 minutes. Then reinsert battery, reconnect power and try booting up.

What CPU as in processor? A lot of people pair high draw ones like FX8320 where the VRM of the board can't handle it.

The PSU failing may have taken other components with it.

What I would do is build the pc outside of the case on a piece of cardboard and see what happens. If it still don't turn on then something has been damaged and you'll need to diagnose what it could be.

You could try removing the graphics card and connecting the monitor to the computer via a VGA cable. This will let you know if the graphics card is faulty. As has already been said, the PSU failing could have damaged other components including the graphics card.
