I know software programs are not the greatest to gauge weather or not you have a faulty PSU, but does this look right?

You are better off viewing psu voltages in bios if it gives you that option. A lot of software report wrong psu voltages and not sure why.

Well it turned off on me again without warning, I'm convinced it's the PSU because it did it before I changed my hardware from my old system. It probably doesn't help that it's 5 years old either, that seems to be the life cycle of PSU's.

Well power supplies won't last forever, even top of the line models. I have a the corsair tx650 and its over 5 years old now. Also, are you sure your cpu fan isn't clogged with dust?

Yes, I dusted everything a few weeks ago when I got the newer parts.

I'm just hoping that this psu doesn't shit the bed before I get a new one and take out other components.

It's a hit or a miss. Most half decent PSU's should last at least 5 years. If you don't like that some PSU's tend to crap out within 5 years... you may consider looking at purchasing a PSU with a 7-10 year warranty. Atleast that way, you know for a fact they're designed to atleast meet those warranty terms... well atleast they should. Or else the company will be losing lots of money and be firing a lot of incompetent people.

It's a possibility.

So just an update, I disabled hardware acceleration in Firefox and my system hasn't locked up in about a week and a half so I think it's all good now. Just in case someone else is having the same issue.
