Continuous Beeping Sound from Dell Laptop

Every time I switch on my laptop, I am always hearing this strange beeping sound. It will only go off if I switch off my computer and turn it back on again. It's a Dell laptop model Vostro V131. The battery was replaced a few months ago, in July to be exact but it was a cheap one.

By any chance, does anyone know what might be the issue of it? Can I maybe do some diagnostics?

I can tell you that some dells don't like cheap batteries. Constant beeps usually mean memory issue though. So are you saying that once you turn computer off and back on again, that it boots up?

Is there any display on the screen when the beeping occurs? You can try removing and reinserting ram first. Other than that, I would have to say incompatible battery.

^This.

Just for the hell of it. Reseat the RAM. If that doesn't fix it reseat agin. Still no joy run Memtest 86+. Other than that it could be the battery. eBay is great at finding OEM.
