Radiant Barrier Issues

I have a 3,200 sq ft single story house and in certain area's Wi-Fi is lacking. I have a Linksys RE6500HG range extender in the middle of the house and a AT&T Micro Cell tower in my office. Still in my home office I have trouble getting a signal to my wireless devices. I have my home office hardwired and wanted to find a WiFi device I could plug into the network so I could get a healthy signal in my home office. I need to keep the Wi-Fi SSID the same since I am using Alexa in my office which drops the single a lot and is hooked up to smart devices in my home.

Do you have any ability to run cabling such as in-wall ethernet across the house?

I hard wired my office with cat 5E. Problem is I don't have any more ports left on the router to plug the unit into unless I cascaded a switch to the router (The Router is located near the punch down in a clothes closet). If I could just plug an extender into my switch in my office that would be better. Not sure what extender to use. The extender I have now has 4 ports but was told those were to plug devices into and not to extend the range from the point it was plugged into.

Sorry, I though you were asking if I could use electrical over Ethernet adopter. My office is already hardwired with one 8 port switch and a 4 port switch. I wanted to use an extender where I could plugin into the switch. I looked up "Ethernet to WiFi Adapter" and I get the opposite of what I'm looking for, The Amazon Dot only has Wi-Fi ,also my Iphone has Wi-Fi and no Ethernet ports. Everything in my office that can be hardwired already is.
