I had updated my drivers, and resolution is still bad, i think my graphic card does not working..

Does it actually have those vertical blue lines up and down on the screen..or is that just from the photograph?

That one yes, but the one showing him in Windows was fine. A bit odd tbh.
If you're getting artifacts like that outside Windows that is pretty indicative of hardware failure since it doesn't use the driver to display then. If that black screen is before Windows loads or after an OS crash then yeah... bad GPU.

Artifacts outside of Windows can be RAM related if it's integrated video and it relies on system RAM for video usage.

It looks like graphic card dies, because i had more clean graphic before 1900x.. , not o have 1100× ...

Which components do i need to buy to fix this problem?

If the internal graphics has died or is on its way out you are pretty much screwed.

I'm guessing that the laptop is at least 4-5 years old...and isn't exactly a high end gaming laptop..

You could try new RAM in it, but other than that - might be about that time to backup the hard drive and send it to the landfill... sorry but laptops are pretty much non-upgradable and this one is probably about to die completely
