Unfortunately not much you can do.. try fresh reformat of windows, but I suspect the machines best day are long past..... sorry to say

You could likely boot into safe mode to remove the driver to be able to 'use' the laptop, although you won't get any sort of GPU acceleration or any special functions (and probably at a crappy resolution and color depth)
