Sometimes it works perfectly but sometimes I am waiting about few minutes before it opens... What is the problem?

What browser are you using? Have you scanned for malware recently? Have you reset/refreshed the browser?

Open task manager and check cpu and ram usage when opening it and see what happens. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling chrome. Do you have another browser installed you can try?

Chrome generally uses a lot of RAM and CPU when multiple tabs are open (though it is relatively light with a single tab compared to the likes of Firefox), so I'd recommend using a more lightweight browser if you are on a lower-end machine. Opera is a more optimised Chrome-based browser, while Firefox is better if you are using multiple tabs.

Pale Moon is a Firefox-based browser with code cleanups and generally a much cleaner and better codebase, you could try that out if you liked.

Has anyone ever tried "Ghostery" https://www.ghostery.com/. By blocking the tracking that occurs in the browsers. Should made a difference with me. Although I checked the box to block all. I did have to go back and uncheck a couple of boxes. But I like it a lot.

I found that a lack of RAM or browser add-ons can make loading of browsers slow, also check to see if you have any un wanted programs running in the backround, type msconfig in search bar in windows

Defragging has been handled automatically since at least Windows 8 if not 7 even. Besides that it doesn't even do any good for a web browser being sluggish.

I think, you should remove some add-on that are no longer in use, too many add-on make your browser start up slower, it can also cause your computer to slow down (due to the add-on load time).
