Does anyone know how to ask a question on Steam because I got blowed out of all my games? I spend hours on Steam and got a dozen codes and two dozen run arounds

Don't know what "i got blowed out of all my games" mean. But if you wanna ask a question about a game, use the community hub.
Every game has it's own community hub. Right click on the game in your library and choose community hub.
